What We Collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and order and payment history (we never see or store your full card number — that's handled entirely by our payment processor). To make browsing easier, we also keep track of items in your wishlist, comparison list, and recently viewed products, whether you're signed in or browsing as a guest.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, keep your account secure, and improve the marketplace — for example by showing you more relevant products or fixing bugs. If you've opted in, we also send order and account notifications by email or SMS, and newsletter updates about new arrivals, promotions, or editorial content. You can change what you receive at any time from your notification and newsletter preferences.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

PakMarketPlace uses a small number of cookies to make the marketplace work. The most important one is an anonymous session cookie that lets your cart, wishlist, and comparison list follow you across the site — even before you sign in — and merges automatically with your account the moment you log in. We don't use these cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through licensed, PCI-compliant gateways — including ZarinPal, Bank Mellat, and IranKish — not by PakMarketPlace directly. Your card details are entered on the payment processor's own secure page and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.

Your Rights

You can review and update most of your personal information at any time from your account's Profile page, and you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Some information — like order records — may need to be kept longer to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter email or from your preferences page.
