Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using PakMarketPlace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the marketplace. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on PakMarketPlace are in Iranian Rials (IRR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we or the selling merchant may accept or decline — for example if a listing was mispriced or a watch sold out before your order was confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any amount already paid in such cases.

Shipping and Delivery

Every order is shipped fully insured to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and vary by seller location and shipping method; once your package leaves our partner courier, you can follow it in real time from your account's order tracking page.

Returns and Refunds

In line with Iran's e-commerce consumer protection rules, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided the watch is unworn and in its original packaging with all documents and accessories included. Start a return from your account's Orders section — our full return policy, including the small number of non-returnable categories, is available there.

Account Responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information — an incorrect phone number or address can delay or prevent delivery — and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of Liability

PakMarketPlace operates a marketplace connecting buyers with independently vetted sellers. While every listing passes our authentication process, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute that can't be resolved with our support team is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tehran.
